These can be similar services; their objectives are just different. Staging focuses on the appearance of a house so that it will appeal to a broad market who can see themselves living in that space and want to buy it. Optimally, it is best to have the staging done before the house is listed. ReDesign is used when you want to stay in your home! Its purpose is to re-create the spaces so there is a fresh look and renewed purpose and comfort in the rooms for you to enjoy.

These services are offered and can be adapted for either:

Homeowner’s Special
Staging that readies 1-2 important rooms for marketing photos and for potential buyers (up to 2 hrs of staging work); same special available for ReDesign work in 1-2 rooms.

The Package
Staging/ReDesign modules that make a dramatic difference in the appearance of your house (up to 4 hrs; may be purchased in multiples)

Top 10 List
A walk through of the house will yield a list of the most effective ways to focus on getting your house market-ready/updated (up to 1 1/2 hr visit)

Action Plan
Comprehensive check list of improvements, itemized for each room; especially geared for the do-it-yourselfer (up to 2 hr visit)

Prices begin at $150. Offerings listed above include the services of two ReNesting Resources certified professionals. Services above may be combined; hourly rates are available to extend specific jobs. Total cost may vary with the size of the house or the scope of preparation.
